Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking a Manager, Agile Delivery to lead a team of Scrum Masters supporting Infrastructure Engineering. You will transform how work is planned, prioritized, and delivered with standardized Agile practices.

Responsibilities include establishing Agile methods to improve predictability, throughput, and portfolio visibility across Platform Engineering, Network & Connectivity, Data Platform, and Digital Workplace Technology.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Applications development, applications analysis or systems engineering OR High School Diploma or GED with 10 years of experience in Applications development, applications analysis or systems engineering.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Scrum Masters supporting infrastructure engineering teams.
Define and implement Agile delivery strategies to improve execution, transparency, prioritization, and team structure across the infrastructure portfolio.
Establish an Agile delivery framework and governance appropriate for infrastructure work.
Drive adoption of Agile practices across all Infrastructure Engineering teams.
Develop executive dashboards and reporting to provide actionable delivery insights.
Coordinate with platform engineering, network connectivity, data platform, cross-platform, and digital workplace teams to improve forecasting and resource planning.
