Job summary

MSIG USA is seeking an Agile Delivery Lead / Senior Scrum Master to drive predictable delivery for complex technology initiatives within the PNC Insurance portfolio. You will blend servant leadership with agile coaching and cross-team coordination to deliver high‑quality digital and platform solutions, partnering with Product Owners, Engineering, Architecture, and business stakeholders.

You will foster psychological safety, coach teams toward self‑organization, and champion flow‑based delivery

Qualifications

5+ years as Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar.
Experience in PNC Insurance with Underwriting, Data, Claims knowledge.
Strong hands-on Azure DevOps experience.
Proven ability to manage risks and delivery predictability in complex environments.
Deep understanding of Data and Data Management.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to interpret delivery metrics to improve flow.

Responsibilities

Facilitate agile ceremonies including planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives.
Coach teams towards self-organization and high performance.
Maintain sprint cadence and ensure delivery against commitments.
Partner with Product Owners to manage backlog and roadmap.
Provide transparent updates to leadership and stakeholders.
