Job summary

Nationwide IT Services seeks an Agile Coach to help delivery teams adopt agile practices and support organizational change in digital service delivery. This is a potential, fully remote role coaching teams and stakeholders, establishing agile portfolio processes, and building an agile culture using lean and agile methodologies.

The coach strengthens governance and visibility into delivery progress while developing staff to coach others. Contingent on award.

Qualifications

Five years or more of experience in agile coaching.
Experience enabling agile delivery and portfolio processes.
Ability to coach teams and stakeholders, facilitate workshops and coaching staff.
Certified Enterprise Coach or equivalent (Scrum Alliance or similar).

Responsibilities

Enable delivery teams to adopt agile practices and perform development activities.
Establish processes for managing a portfolio of work using agile approaches.
Drive organizational change to support agile adoption.
Embed an agile culture using lean and agile techniques.
Use coaching, workshops, and mentoring to apply tools and techniques.
Provide access to current project status without disrupting delivery teams.
Apply tools to team roles, behaviors, structure, culture, and ceremonies.
Support program management and governance of digital service delivery.
Ensure key metrics and requirements are defined and maintained.
Equip staff with coaching capabilities to coach others.
Coach executives on digital service delivery design at the organizational level.
