Job summary

MedRisk LLC is seeking a Team Lead-Technical Scrum in the United States to lead agile delivery across one or more Scrum teams. You will facilitate ceremonies, groom backlogs, and proactively remove blockers to ensure high-quality, predictable releases.

The role requires strong Scrum facilitation, technical fluency, and the ability to translate complex topics for stakeholders. Proficiency with Jira/Confluence and CI/CD tooling is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3-5 years as a Scrum Master, Scrum Leader, or technical delivery lead.
• Technical knowledge to engage credibly with engineering teams.
• Proficiency with agile tooling (Jira, Confluence, Tempo, Azure DevOps).
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospectives for one or more Scrum teams.
• Ensure ceremonies are effective, time-boxed, and action-oriented.
• Maintain backlog readiness with Product Owners and Business Analysts.
• Coordinate technical spikes and ensure clear acceptance criteria and definitions of done.
