You will identify new opportunities with agencies, support in event planning, and collaborate with Sales and Client Success to deliver campaign insights and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple agency accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Experience in client success. Hospitality experience is a plus.
• Experience in demand generation in a B2B context.
• Experience leveraging AI in current role; strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for B2B agencies, addressing needs and ensuring a seamless experience.
• Foster strong, long-term relationships that contribute to agency retention and satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing support to agencies to maximize their success with our services.
• Proactively craft compelling content to present to agencies in terms of insight-led research.
