Job summary

DEMAND.com is a remote-friendly, US-based agency team focused on helping B2B tech clients grow with in-house, first‑party data. We seek a proactive professional skilled in account management, agency relations, and demand generation to drive partnerships and revenue across the US.

You will manage agency relationships, develop new business opportunities, plan events, and collaborate with Sales and Client Success to present campaign insights.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple agency accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Experience in client success; hospitality experience is a plus.
• Experience in demand generation in a B2B context.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain relationships.
• Proficiency with CRM software and client management tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation.
• Proactive, self-motivated problem-solver.
• Event planning experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for B2B agencies, addressing needs and ensuring a seamless experience.
• Foster long-term relationships that contribute to agency retention and satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing support to agencies to maximize their success with our services.
• Create insightful content to present to agencies (e.g., lunch-and-learn sessions).
• Conduct outreach to establish connections with potential B2B agencies and generate new opportunities.
• Expand our network by identifying and securing partnerships with new agencies.
• Develop growth strategies within existing agency relationships.
• Collaborate with the US sales team to co-manage agency opportunities (RFIs/briefs).
• Plan and execute events for agency clients (in-person, webinars, networking).
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure events align with business goals.
• Travel across the US to engage with agencies, support regional growth, and attend events.
• Research industry trends and potential partners to guide outreach strategies.
• Collaborate with agencies to explore new opportunities and expand offerings.
• Provide follow-up communications to ensure agency satisfaction and uncover new partnerships.
• Support daily activities of senior team members and assist Sales and Client Success teams.
