Job summary

Capital Insurance Group seeks an Agency Development Manager to strengthen partnerships with our agency partners across the assigned territory. You will identify strategic partners, manage agency relationships, plan for profitable growth, and support production goals across Agricultural, Commercial Lines and Personal Lines.

This field-based role requires travel, remote work capability, and a proven track record in insurance and partner management within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent experience.
• Active participation in insurance certifications such as IIA, AFIS, CPCU, or CIC.
• 7+ years in roles like Underwriter, Territorial Manager, Agency Producer, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategic partners and opportunities for growth in the territory.
• Manage agency relationships and plan for profitable growth.
• Direct support to achieve territory production goals across Agricultural, Commercial, and Personal Lines.
• Provide agency training on systems and services and route leads to the appropriate department.
