Responsibilities

• Develop an agency force that pre-qualifies accounts and writes new profitable business.
• Make underwriting decisions aligned with pricing philosophies.
• Monitor agency results and ensure compliance with initiatives.
• Lead relationships with agents, regional underwriting and corporate departments.
• Travel within territory; car travel ~40-50% of time.
