The role requires 5+ years in sales/channel management, a bachelor’s in a related field, strong analytical and leadership skills, and the ability to travel extensively. You will collaborate with Parts, Operations, Service, Finance, and Marketing to deliver profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional channel strategies to grow aftermarket revenue and market share.
• Design and optimize distributor coverage models and territory structures.
• Lead performance reviews, KPIs, and corrective actions with partner networks.
• Ensure channel agreements are standardized and compliant across all partners.
• Build channel dashboards and reporting tools for data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Parts to align programs and incentives.
