Job summary

Jobgether, acting on behalf of a partner company, seeks an Aftermarket Account Manager based in the United States. You will manage aftermarket accounts across the Northeast, drive revenue growth, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver competitive proposals.

This role requires strong negotiation and presentation skills, experience in the heavy-truck or automotive aftermarket, and the ability to travel 50–75% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• Six+ years in technical sales or commercial account management.
• Experience in heavy-truck, automotive aftermarket, or related field preferred.
• Strong commercial understanding of the assigned region and customers.
• Proven CRM and negotiation skills, including contract discussions and promos.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 50%–75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned aftermarket accounts in the Northeast and strengthen partnerships.
• Develop account strategies to drive revenue growth and retention.
• Coordinate RFP process and deliver competitive proposals.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate needs across the org.
• Coordinate cross-functional internal teams to meet commitments.
• Support negotiations on contracts, pricing, and promotions.
• Align product development with customer needs, market trends, and regional opportunities.
• Lead sales campaigns and customer events to boost engagement.
• Promote high service standards across the value chain.
• Monitor territory needs to inform account planning.
