Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years’ experience in healthcare/health insurance industry or dispatch/transportation experience.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Handle after-hours calls from patients and referral sources, troubleshoot equipment issues and dispatch local technicians or respiratory therapists as needed.
• Develop relationships with field leadership through collaboration and communication.
• Perform other duties as required.
