American Express Global Business Travel is seeking an After Hours Corporate Travel Consultant to join a highly skilled remote team. You will advise and arrange travel for corporate clients, use GDS systems, and ensure policy compliance while delivering outstanding service.

The role emphasizes proactive service, collaboration with teammates, and flexibility for night and weekend shifts as a 100% remote full-time opportunity. Training on GDS may be provided.

Qualifications

• Passion for excellence in client service and proactive anticipation of needs.
• Native GDS expertise (Sabre preferred).
• Professional communication (written and verbal).
• Attention to detail and data sensitivity.
• Integrity and safeguarding traveler information.
• Strong travel industry understanding (business/leisure/airline reservations).
• Ability to resolve issues quickly and independently or with suppliers.
• Teamwork and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate customers (individuals and groups).
• Research travel options, proactively anticipate traveler needs to upsell services.
• Book domestic and international travel across air, rail, and accommodations.
• Use GDS systems (Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, Amadeus); training may be provided.
• Ensure compliance with travel policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide courteous service and handle special requests over the phone.
• Collaborate with the team to coach and improve service levels.
