American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a Travel Consultant to join our remote team, delivering outstanding service to corporate clients. You’ll advise, arrange, and optimize travel with a focus on policy compliance and traveler satisfaction.

Formación

• Progressive experience as a Travel Consultant with proven track record in client service delivery.
• Advanced proficiency in Sabre GDS.
• Professional communication (written and verbal).
• Strong understanding of travel industry dynamics and supplier relationships.
• Attention to detail and integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers.
• Conduct analysis and research on travel options and anticipate traveler needs to sell additional services.
• Arrange and book domestic and international business travel across air, rail, and hotels.
• Use Sabre to book travel.
• Ensure compliance to travel policy, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate within the team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to improve service levels.
• Support a 24/7 traveler care operation with flexibility for afternoon shifts and weekends.
