Job summary

829 Studios is seeking a results-oriented Affiliate Specialist to join our Boston-based digital marketing team. You will own the setup, daily management and optimization of affiliate programs, balancing recruitment with data-driven ROI improvements.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of affiliate marketing experience, strong analytics, and excellent communication to bridge client objectives with partner execution.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of affiliate marketing experience, preferably in an agency.
• Experience implementing and managing performance-based affiliate programs.
• Strong data analysis and ability to present data to inform client strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to explain affiliate concepts to stakeholders.
• Relationship-driven with partners to ensure success for clients and agency.

Responsibilities

• Own the setup, daily management and optimization of affiliate programs, ensuring accuracy, tracking and offers.
• Manage weekly partner recruitment, onboarding, relationship management and ongoing optimization.
• Analyze affiliate performance data and metrics to identify trends and ROI improvements.
• Serve as a secondary client contact, contributing to strategy discussions and presenting performance results.
• Maintain understanding of networks and platforms (Impact, Rakuten, CJ, Pepperjam/Ascend, AWIN) for best-in-class program management.
• Collaborate with Affiliate Strategists and Managers to ensure seamless execution across client accounts.
