829 Studios seeks an Affiliate Specialist to own the setup, daily management and optimization of affiliate programs, ensuring accuracy and tracking integrity. You will recruit and manage partners, analyze performance data, and communicate program results to clients, acting as a bridge between client objectives and partner execution.

The role requires 2–3 years in affiliate marketing, with strong analytics and platform know-how across major networks.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of affiliate marketing experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Proven track record in implementing and managing performance-based affiliate programs.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to present data for client strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Relationship-driven approach to nurture and manage partner relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own setup, daily management and optimization of affiliate programs, ensuring accuracy and tracking integrity.
• Manage weekly partner recruitment, onboarding and relationship management.
• Analyze affiliate performance data and metrics; report program health and ROI improvements.
• Serve as a secondary client contact, contributing to strategy and presenting performance results.
• Maintain understanding of networks and platforms (Impact, Rakuten, CJ, Pepperjam/Ascend, AWIN).
• Collaborate with Affiliate Strategists and Managers for seamless execution across accounts.
