You will recruit and manage partners, analyze performance data, and present findings to clients. You will collaborate with strategists to drive ROI while maintaining clear communications and strong project-management discipline.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years of affiliate marketing experience, preferably within an agency.
• Proven success in implementing performance-based affiliate programs that drive revenue.
• Strong analytical skills to present data that informs client strategy.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication to explain affiliate concepts.
• Relationship-driven with key partner management experience.
• Experience with Impact, Rakuten, CJ and similar networks.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills to run multiple programs.

Aufgaben

• Own setup, daily management and optimization of affiliate programs with accurate tracking and links.
• Manage weekly partner recruitment, onboarding and relationship optimization.
• Analyze affiliate data, report on health metrics and advise ROI improvements.
• Serve as a secondary client contact, presenting performance insights and future initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of networks including Impact, Rakuten, CJ, Pepperjam/Ascend, and AWIN.
• Collaborate with Strategists and Managers to ensure seamless execution across accounts.
