Job summary

829 Studios is seeking an Affiliate Specialist to manage and optimize our affiliate programs. You will support strategists with day-to-day program management, platform oversight, and partner recruitment to drive performance and revenue.

You’ll analyze data, present insights, and communicate with clients while collaborating with the team to ensure accurate tracking and program health across networks.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of affiliate marketing experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Proven success in implementing and managing performance-based affiliate programs that drive revenue.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze data and inform client strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain affiliate concepts to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the setup, daily management and optimization of affiliate programs, ensuring accuracy and tracking integrity.
• Manage weekly partner recruitment, onboarding, relationship management, and ongoing optimization.
• Analyze affiliate performance data and metrics to identify trends and improve ROI.
• Serve as secondary client contact, contribute to strategy and present program performance.
• Maintain understanding of affiliate networks and platforms (Impact, Rakuten, CJ, Pepperjam/Ascend, AWIN).
• Collaborate with Affiliate Strategists and Managers for seamless execution across client accounts.
