829 Studios is seeking an Affiliate Specialist to drive program execution, partner recruitment, and data-driven optimization across a complex partner ecosystem.

You will support strategists with day-to-day management and platform oversight, ensuring accuracy, tracking integrity, and ROI improvements. The role emphasizes clear client communication and strategic thinking in a fast-paced agency setting.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of affiliate marketing experience, preferably within an agency
• Proven track record of implementing performance-based affiliate programs
• Strong analytical skills to inform client strategy
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for stakeholders
• Relationship-driven approach to manage key partner relationships
• Experience with major affiliate platforms (Impact, Rakuten, CJ)
• Excellent organizational and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Own the setup, daily management and optimization of affiliate programs, ensuring accuracy and tracking integrity
• Manage weekly partner recruitment, onboarding and ongoing relationship management
• Analyze affiliate performance data to identify trends and inform ROI improvements
• Serve as a secondary client contact, presenting performance and future initiatives
• Maintain deep knowledge of affiliate networks and platforms (Impact, Rakuten, CJ, Pepperjam/Ascend, AWIN)
• Collaborate with Strategists and Managers to ensure seamless execution across accounts
