Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years of affiliate marketing experience, preferably within an agency environment.
• Demonstrated success in implementing and managing performance-based affiliate programs that drive measurable revenue.
• Strong analytical skills, able to analyze and present data that informs client strategy.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to explain technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Relationship-driven, focused on nurturing and managing key partner relationships.
• Expertise with major affiliate marketing platforms (Impact, Rakuten, CJ).
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple client programs and deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Own the setup, daily management and optimization of affiliate programs, ensuring accuracy, link integrity, tracking accuracy, and offer availability.
• Manage weekly partner recruitment, onboarding, relationship management, and ongoing optimization.
• Analyze affiliate performance data and metrics to identify trends, report on program health, and make data-backed recommendations to improve ROI.
• Serve as the secondary point of contact for clients, contributing strategy and presenting on program performance and future initiatives.
• Maintain a deep understanding of affiliate networks and platforms to ensure best-in-class program management.
• Collaborate closely with Affiliate Strategists and Managers to ensure seamless execution across client accounts.
