Job summary

RNK Health is seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to build our partner channel from the ground up in a fully remote role. You will recruit, negotiate terms, launch campaigns, and drive growth with data-driven decisions.

You will own end-to-end partnerships, track performance, optimize CAC/CPA, and ensure compliant, high-quality traffic. English fluency and a proactive, autonomous work style are essential for success in our international team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing.
• Strong experience recruiting and managing affiliates, publishers, and networks.
• Proven ability to proactively source and activate new partners.
• Experience negotiating CPA and other performance-based partnerships.
• Strong understanding of CAC/CPA, CR, AOV, refunds, retention, and LTV.
• Strong working English, both written and spoken, for partner communication in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead partner acquisition from first contact to launch across affiliates, publishers, networks, and strategic partners.
• Own relationships with partners throughout the full lifecycle including onboarding, campaigns, optimization, and growth.
• Negotiate CPA and other performance-based structures and monitor CAC/CPA, revenue, refunds, and retention.
• Coordinate affiliate launches across RNK Health products and offers with tracking links, UTMs, funnels and landing pages, creatives, and campaign info.
• Monitor affiliate traffic, conversions, CAC/CPA, revenue, refunds, and partner-level performance, and optimize accordingly.
• Own affiliate tracking and reporting, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate payouts.
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, Creative, and Analytics to meet partner requirements and scale the channel.
• Ensure compliance and traffic quality with approved messaging and healthcare marketing requirements.
