Job summary

DAZN Bet is expanding its affiliate acquisition channel in Canada. The Affiliate Account Manager will identify, recruit, and manage partners across Ontario and Alberta, driving high-quality customer acquisitions while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, BI, and local teams, negotiate flexible compensation models, monitor performance data, and forecast activity to support growth in a fast-moving, international betting business.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in affiliate marketing or performance partnerships.
• Experience with CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid models.
• Experience using performance metrics like registrations, CPA, and NGR.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills to turn data into actions.
• Experience with tracking platforms and Excel/Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new Canadian affiliate partners.
• Manage day-to-day partner relationships and campaign opportunities.
• Negotiate CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid deals within budgets.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize for quality and LTV.
• Coordinate campaigns, tracking links, and promotional assets with internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with Canadian regulations and brand guidelines.
• Provide forecasting and reporting to Country Manager and central team.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Product, Finance, BI teams.
• Stay informed on Canadian betting landscape and opportunities.
