Job summary

Soft2Bet is seeking an Affiliate Manager to drive partnerships and performance in US/Canada regulated markets. You will own affiliate programs, optimize revenue, and scale relationships with top-tier partners across the United States and Canada.

You will negotiate CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals, manage forecasts, and ensure compliance with state regulations while collaborating with Legal, Marketing, and Product teams to maximize growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in affiliate marketing for iGaming, gambling, or sports betting.
• Proven experience with US/Canadian regulated markets.
• Strong knowledge of CPA, RevShare and Hybrid models.
• Experience managing high-volume affiliate portfolios.
• Analytical mindset with performance and unit economics focus.
• Fluent English with negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Highly organized, autonomous and capable of broad performance remit.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute affiliate strategy for US/Canada regulated markets.
• Own KPIs: FTDs, revenue, ROI and LTV targets.
• Identify growth opportunities from market trends and competitors.
• Support launches in new regulated states/provinces via affiliates.
• Onboard and grow high-value affiliates (SEO, media buyers, PPC, influencers).
• Negotiate and structure CPA, RevShare and Hybrid agreements.
• Maintain long-term relationships with top-tier affiliates.
• Optimize deal structures and partner mix based on data.
• Monitor traffic quality, conversions, retention and player value.
• Collaborate with tracking platforms to manage campaigns/reports.
• Detect and prevent fraudulent/non-compliant traffic.
• Prepare forecasts and performance reports for leadership.
• Ensure compliance with US state and Canadian regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with Legal/Compliance on responsible gambling messaging.
• Work with Product, CRM, Marketing, BI to align acquisition goals.
