Job summary

Jamdesk, an affiliate marketing agency, is hiring an account manager to launch and scale affiliate programs for clients. This fully remote role offers upside with profit sharing and close collaboration with the founding team. You’ll see transparent goals and play a key part in our growth.

As one of our first employees, you’ll identify strategies, manage client and partner relationships, and analyze performance data to drive results. We value initiative and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of affiliate, partnership, or performance marketing experience.
• Agency experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think big picture while prioritizing daily work.
• Enjoys numbers and telling stories with data.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop winning strategies with clear, measurable goals.
• Manage client relationships as an extension of the client’s team; conduct recurring meetings.
• Develop and maintain partner relationships; pitch and secure placements and optimizations.
• Analyze and develop data insights; build reporting and share performance context.
