United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Lead to manage and grow our affiliate network. You will oversee onboarding, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.

You will recruit partners, craft tailored funnels, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure timely issue resolution. This remote role emphasizes data-driven decisions and measurable results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in affiliate marketing and management.
• Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and networks.
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decisions.
• Advanced digital marketing tactics across channels (SEO, paid social, etc.).
• Experience with Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush and reporting systems.
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to optimize processes for performance and ROI.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain and grow relationships with affiliates, ensuring they are informed and supported.
• Oversee onboarding of new affiliates for smooth integration.
• Monitor affiliate performance, generate ROI reports.
• Analyze results to identify improvements and scale opportunities.
• Research and recruit new affiliates and partners to expand the network.
• Troubleshoot affiliate-related issues and provide timely solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored affiliate funnels for maximum conversions.
• Regularly review and improve affiliate communication and management processes.
