Clique Affiliate Marketing, a remote-friendly agency serving premium D2C brands, is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to own and scale multiple ecommerce affiliate programs. You will grow revenue, recruit and optimize publishers, analyze performance, and work directly with clients to deliver strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

Hands-on working experience with Impact, AvantLink, and Rakuten Advertising.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to grow affiliate revenue, acquire new customers, and improve program performance.
Recruit, activate, and optimize affiliate publishers and partnerships.
Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Turn data and insights into actionable recommendations for clients.
Develop promotional, publisher, and commission strategies.
Lead client onboarding, meetings, performance reviews, and strategic conversations.
Build strong relationships with clients, publishers, affiliate networks, and technology partners.
Manage affiliate platforms, tracking, product catalogs, offers, commissions, and reporting.
Troubleshoot platform, tracking, and operational issues.
Coordinate projects internally and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve the programs you manage.
