Job summary

Jamdesk is seeking an Affiliate Account Manager to launch and scale affiliate programs for brands. You’ll manage client relationships, develop winning partner strategies, and translate data into actionable insights. This fully remote role offers profit sharing, a fast-growing environment, and a clear career roadmap with ongoing training and ownership from day one.

You’ll collaborate with the founding team to drive performance and build long-term partnerships across networks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of affiliate, partnership, or performance marketing experience.
• Agency experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to think big picture while prioritizing daily work.
• Enjoys numbers and telling stories with data.
• Self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Identify clear, measurable goals with the client and drive program growth.
• Leverage data to optimize strategies and inform decisions.
• Operate as an extension of the client’s team and manage recurring updates.
