Job summary

Monarch is hiring an Affiliate Marketing Associate to join our Growth Marketing team during a period of hyper-growth. This is an execution-focused, early-career role to learn affiliate discipline and grow into partner management.

You'll source and onboard partners, manage daily communications, monitor performance, and collaborate with Product, Data, and Creative to improve conversions across the affiliate funnel.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in affiliate, partner, influencer, or growth marketing (or closely adjacent role).
• Hands-on experience in an affiliate platform — Impact preferred (CJ or ShareASale also relevant).
• Comfort with basic data analysis: ad-hoc dashboards, spotting anomalies, and simple calculations like period-over-period growth.
• Strong verbal and written communication — partner-facing role with frequent outreach.
• A curious, resourceful, bias-for-action mindset and comfort working through ambiguity in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and onboard new affiliate partners using tools like SEMrush, Similarweb, Publisher Discovery, Affistash, and Aspire.
• Manage day-to-day partner communication and keep onboarding moving smoothly.
• Monitor partner performance, build ad-hoc reporting, and flag anomalies or performance gaps.
• Recommend and help implement optimizations to grow affiliate Free Trial Starts and subscriptions.
• Partner cross-functionally with Growth Product, Data, and Creative to improve conversion across the affiliate funnel.
