Job summary

ElevenLabs is hiring an Affiliate Marketing Manager to build and scale our affiliate and partner-led referral program from the ground up. This role owns strategy and execution end-to-end—recruiting and activating partners, designing commission and payout structures, standing up tracking and attribution, and driving profitable, scalable revenue through the channel.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator who has built or scaled an affiliate program before.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building or scaling an affiliate program with measurable revenue.
• Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms and tracking/attribution.
• Strong analytical skills on attribution, incrementality, and LTV vs payout.
• Experience recruiting and managing affiliates and creators.
• Ability to design commission structures and control fraud.
• Clear communication and copywriting for partner assets.
• Thrives in high-ownership environments and builds programs from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Own program strategy and end-to-end execution across self‑serve, developer, and creator segments.
• Recruit, onboard, and activate affiliates and partners.
• Design commissions, payout rules, and incentives.
• Set up tracking, attribution, and quality controls.
• Collaborate on assets, landing pages, and promo copy.
• Manage relationships and performance reviews.
• Move quickly, analyze results, and document learnings.
• Coordinate with legal and finance on payouts and compliance.
