Job summary

Acceleration Partners is seeking an Account Specialist to join our growing Affiliate Marketing team. This entry-level role supports managing client accounts, executes affiliate marketing strategies, analyzes performance data, and builds client relationships. A structured training program will be provided to enable growth in the channel.

All positions at Acceleration Partners are remote. Some travel is required for client meetings, internal meetings, conferences, and events.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, formatting).
• Knowledge of HTML is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support management of client accounts and execution of affiliate strategies.
• Analyze performance data and translate into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Account Directors and SAM/AMs to ensure quality deliverables.
• Assist in recruitment strategies and industry networking to grow client reach.
