Excel Impact, LLC is seeking a remote Affiliate Manager to vet and onboard partner opportunities, ensure compliance, and drive high-quality traffic. You will monitor performance, analyze data, and work with Revenue, Compliance, Tech, and Affiliate teams to scale successful partners.

The role emphasizes ownership, data-driven decisions, and proactive problem-solving in a fully remote company with local meetups and conferences as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in B2B account management or affiliate marketing in insurtech or SaaS.
• Strong KPI interpretation to drive decisions and improve outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; clear and persuasive.

Responsibilities

• Vet, onboard, and manage affiliate partners for compliant, high-quality traffic.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and optimize accordingly.
• Coordinate contracts, onboarding, and integrations with technical teams.
• Serve as primary contact for affiliates and communicate insights cross-functionally.
• Maintain workflows and documentation in project tools.
