Job summary

Monarch Money is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Associate to join the Growth Marketing team and help source, onboard, and optimize affiliate partners driving a key growth channel. This early-career role offers hands-on learning in affiliate discipline and partner management.

You will work with the Head of Search and Affiliate Marketing, collaborating across Growth Product, Data, and Creative to improve funnel conversion and increase Free Trial Starts.

Qualifications

2–3 years in affiliate, partner, influencer, or growth marketing.
Hands-on experience with an affiliate platform (Impact preferred).
Comfort with ad-hoc dashboards and simple growth calculations.
Strong verbal and written communication for partner-facing work.
Curious, resourceful, bias-for-action mindset in a startup.

Responsibilities

Source and onboard new affiliate partners using various tools.
Manage day-to-day partner communication and onboarding.
Monitor partner performance, build ad-hoc reporting, flag gaps.
Recommend and implement optimizations to grow trials and subscriptions.
Collaborate with Growth Product, Data, and Creative to improve funnel.
