Job summary

Polymarket is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to run and grow our affiliate program. You will own the operational core of the channel: standing up new partners, creating and managing promo codes, and ensuring payments and tracking are accurate.

You will prospect continually, bringing in affiliates across SEO, media buying, creator/influencer, and DSP-driven traffic. This hands-on role requires working with Impact and AppsFlyer, managing partners, and ensuring compliance within the

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in affiliate marketing, ideally in sports betting or real-money gaming.
• Hands-on experience with Impact and AppsFlyer for tracking and reporting.
• Familiarity with affiliate channels: SEO, media buying, creator/influencer, and DSPs.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage promo codes across partners and campaigns.
• Handle day-to-day account management for our affiliate roster.
• Prospect, pitch, and onboard new affiliate partners.
• Own affiliate payments end to end.
• Manage our dashboards in Impact and internal tooling.
• Deliver daily performance reporting.
• Enforce and track compliance across all affiliate activity.
