Job summary

Excel™ is seeking a results-driven Affiliate Manager to vet, onboard, and manage a portfolio of high-quality affiliates driving compliant traffic. You will ensure partners follow best practices, monitor KPIs, and collaborate across Revenue, Compliance, Tech, and Affiliate teams to scale successful programs.

The role is remote with local travel for team meetups, conferences, and summits. Strong analytical ability and ownership mindset are essential for driving revenue growth and partner trust.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B account management, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, insurtech, or SaaS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; persuasive.
• Reliable and self-directed with extreme ownership and accountability.
• Proactive, organized and focused on measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Vet new affiliate opportunities from inbound pipeline and referrals.
• Evaluate partner legitimacy, compliance, and scalability; coordinate onboarding.
• Manage portfolio performance against internal KPIs and analyze dashboards.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Compliance, Tech, and Affiliate teams to resolve issues and scale partners.
