Power Device Corporation is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in aerospace and defense markets. The role requires significant travel and can be remote, with preferred proximity to Poway, CA or Bohemia, NY.

Annual compensation ranges from $150,000 to $180,000, plus eligibility for an incentive bonus. The BDM will identify opportunities, develop capture strategies, and coordinate with engineering and sales to win programs while aligning roadmaps with customer needs and market

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of broad sales experience in aerospace/defense electronics.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and drive growth.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and manage multiple strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop win strategies for targeted pursuits and provide inputs to engineering/sales.
• Lead customer visits and research to understand needs.
• Act as capture lead and drive front-end business development for pursuits.
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with key decision makers at strategic accounts.
