Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an Aerial Survey Coordinator to support the Technical Resource team. This fully remote role focuses on coordinating aerial inspections, managing work orders, and QA/QC of reports for O&M projects in the solar and energy storage sector.

You will schedule tasks, track deliverables, and collaborate with field teams and external vendors to ensure timely, accurate data for performance analysis and maintenance planning.

Qualifications

• Aerial survey coordination and admin support experience preferred.
• Operational knowledge of utility-scale solar generators.
• Ability to read construction drawings and review aerial reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform activities to support Technical Resource team.
• Review, schedule, update and track Aerial IR work orders for O&M projects.
• QA/QC deliverables from Aerial IR vendors for quality analysis.
• Ensure timely delivery of Aerial IR reports to field teams and clients.
• Compare findings with performance data and provide feedback to analysts or vendors.
• Develop annual Aerial IR schedule for preventive maintenance with vendors.
• Track project documents for DC performance analysis and other scopes.
• Coordinate with vendors on project deliverables like SWPPP and erosion monitoring.
• Collaborate with Innovation Team to identify drone-based scope improvements.
• Attend and document project meetings.
