Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an Aerial Survey Coordinator to support the Technical Resource team. This role is fully remote, with interview-stage location expectations discussed. The position focuses on coordinating aerial inspection activities and administration across O&M projects.

You will manage schedules, QA/QC deliverables, vendor reports, and cross-functional communication to improve data quality, timeliness, and overall project efficiency within a nationwide solar and storage portfolio.

Qualifications

• Must have operational fundamental knowledge of utility scale solar generators.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Ability to review aerial inferred reports for quality and accuracy.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience within Application Administration within an IT or related organization.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience within an ERP and CMMS Software Platform.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience within the PV solar industry.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and other Office tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize problems independently with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and performing a range of activities to ensure successful operation of the Technical Resource team.
• Review, schedule, update and track Aerial IR Inspection PM and CM work orders regarding O&M projects.
• QA/QC deliverables from Aerial IR vendors to ensure quality analysis and reports.
• Ensure the Aerial IR reports are delivered to field teams and clients in a timely manner with corrective actions scheduled.
• Compare findings from Aerial IR reports with performance data and provide feedback to analysts or aerial vendors.
• Develop annual schedule for Aerial IR schedule for preventative maintenance with aerial vendor for Services Operations and Maintenance projects.
• Track and gather project documents for DC performance analysis and other relevant scopes.
• Work with internal teams and coordinate with aerial vendors on project deliverables (construction progress, SWPPP, erosion monitoring, commissioning inspection).
• Partner with the Innovation Team to identify drone-based scopes that improve efficiency and cost savings.
• Attend and document project meetings.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, interviews, appointments, and travel arrangements for supervisors.
• Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
