SOLV Energy is seeking an Aerial Survey Coordinator to support the Technical Resource team remotely. This role requires coordinating aerial inspection work orders, QA/QC of drone-generated reports, and collaboration with field teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery of analyses.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Application Administration experience in IT or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience with ERP and CMMS platforms.
• 1–3 years of PV solar industry experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and other Office tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Ability to review aerial inferred reports for quality and accuracy.
• Work within project team and troubleshoot problems independently.
• Strong analytical, organizational skills and ability to prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform activities to support Technical Resource team operations.
• Review, schedule, update and track Aerial IR inspection work orders.
• QA/QC deliverables from Aerial IR vendors for quality reports.
• Ensure Aerial IR reports reach field teams and clients promptly.
• Track project documents for DC performance analysis and other scopes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and aerial vendors on deliverables.
• Identify and expand drone-based scopes to improve efficiency and cost savings.
• Attend and document project meetings.
• Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for supervisors.
• Perform other assigned responsibilities.
