Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an Aerial Survey Coordinator to support the Technical Resource team. This fully remote role focuses on coordinating aerial inspection activities, scheduling work orders, and ensuring timely delivery of QA/QC reports to clients.

You will collaborate with field teams and aerial vendors, develop annual aerial schedules, review findings, and help expand drone-based scopes to improve efficiency and cost savings. Strong communication and IT skills are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Application Administration (IT or related).
• 1–3 years in ERP/CMMS software.
• 1–3 years in PV solar industry.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform activities to ensure successful operation of Technical Resource team.
• Review and track Aerial IR work orders for O&M projects.
• QA/QC deliverables from aerial vendors; ensure timely reports.
• Communicate findings to field teams and clients; schedule corrective actions.
• Develop annual Aerial IR schedule with vendors for maintenance projects.
• Attend and document project meetings; schedule events and travel.
