Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an Aerial Survey Coordinator to support aerial inspection activities within the Technical Resource team. This fully remote role will coordinate schedules, track work orders, and QA/QC aerial deliverables for O&M projects.

You will work with field teams, clients, and vendors to ensure timely delivery, develop annual schedules, and explore drone-based scopes to improve efficiency and cost savings. Strong English communication and IT tool proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in Application Administration within IT or related organization.
• 1–3 years of experience with ERP and CMMS software platforms.
• 1–3 years of experience within the PV solar industry.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational and coordination abilities.
• Ability to read construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform activities to ensure successful operation of Technical Resource team.
• Review, schedule, update and track Aerial IR work orders for M&O projects.
• QA/QC deliverables from Aerial IR vendors to ensure quality reports.
• Ensure Aerial IR reports delivered to field teams and clients in a timely manner.
• Compare findings from Aerial IR reports with performance data and provide feedback.
• Develop annual Aerial IR schedule for preventive maintenance with aerial vendors.
• Track project documents for DC performance analysis and other scopes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and aerial vendors on deliverables like progress, SWPPP, erosion monitoring, commissioning inspections.
• Partner with Innovation Team to identify drone-based scopes to improve efficiency and cost savings.
• Attend and document project meetings.
• Schedule meetings, travel and lodging for supervisors.
