Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an Aerial Survey Coordinator to support our Technical Resource team. This fully remote role focuses on administrative coordination, scheduling, QA/QC, and data integration for aerial inspections across O&M projects.

You will work with internal teams and aerial vendors to ensure timely delivery of reports, develop annual aerial schedules, and help expand drone-based scopes that improve efficiency and plant performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in Application Administration in IT or related field.
• 1–3 years in ERP and CMMS software.
• 1–3 years in PV solar industry.
• Ability to read construction drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform activities for Technical Resource team operations.
• Review, schedule, update and track Aerial IR work orders for O&M projects.
• QA/QC deliverables from Aerial IR vendors for quality reports.
• Ensure timely delivery of Aerial IR reports to field teams and clients.
• Compare Aerial IR findings with performance data and provide feedback.
• Develop annual Aerial IR schedule for preventive maintenance with vendors.
• Gather project documents for DC performance analysis and other scopes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and aerial vendors on deliverables.
• Partner with Innovation Team to identify drone-based scopes.
• Attend and document project meetings.
• Schedule meetings, travel arrangements for supervisors.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
