Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an Aerial Survey Coordinator for a fully remote role. You will support the Technical Resource team, coordinate aerial inspection work orders, and QA/QC deliverables from vendors.

The role requires reviewing reports, tracking maintenance schedules, and collaborating with field teams and vendors across O&M projects. You will develop annual schedules, analyze data, and help expand drone-based scopes to improve efficiency and cost savings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in Application Administration within IT or related org.
• 1–3 years of experience with ERP and CMMS software.
• 1–3 years of experience in the PV solar industry.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and other Office tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, organizational, prioritization and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support Technical Resource team operations.
• Review, schedule, track Aerial IR inspection work orders for O&M projects.
• QA/QC deliverables from Aerial IR vendors for quality reports.
• Ensure Aerial IR reports reach field teams and clients timely.
• Compare findings with performance data and provide feedback.
• Develop annual Aerial IR schedule with vendors for maintenance projects.
• Gather project documents for DC performance analysis and related scopes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on deliverables like SWPPP and erosion monitoring.
• Partner with Innovation Team to identify drone-based optimization opportunities.
• Attend and document project meetings and coordinate travel if needed.
• Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
