Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an Aerial Survey Coordinator for support of aerial inspection activities within the Technical Resource team. This is a fully remote position with interview-stage location discussions.

Qualifications

• Must have operational fundamental knowledge of utility scale solar generators.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Experience reviewing aerial inferred reports for quality and accuracy.
• Minimum 1–3 years of Application Administration in IT or related org.
• Minimum 1–3 years of ERP and CMMS software experience.
• Minimum 1–3 years in the PV solar industry.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and other Office tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform activities to ensure smooth operation of Technical Resource team.
• Review, schedule, update and track Aerial IR work orders for O&M projects.
• QA/QC deliverables from Aerial IR vendors for quality reports.
• Ensure Aerial IR reports reach field teams and clients on time.
• Compare findings with performance data and provide feedback to analysts or vendors.
• Develop annual Aerial IR schedule for preventive maintenance with vendors.
• Track project documents for DC performance analysis and other scopes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and aerial vendors on deliverables.
• Identify drone-based scopes to improve efficiency and cost savings with Innovation Team.
• Attend and document project meetings; schedule meetings and travel as needed.
