Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an Aerial Survey Coordinator to support the Technical Resource team. The role is fully remote with duties spanning coordination, QA/QC, and timely delivery of Aerial IR reports to field teams and clients.

You will review and track work orders, develop annual aerial schedules, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams on deliverables, including drone-based efficiency improvements and cost savings.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Application Administration within IT or related organization.
• 1–3 years experience with ERP/CMMS software platform.
• 1–3 years experience in the PV solar industry.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform activities to ensure TR team operations.
• Review, schedule, update, and track work orders for O&M projects.
• QA/QC deliverables from aerial vendors for quality reports.
• Ensure reports reach field teams and clients on time.
• Compare findings with performance data and provide feedback.
• Develop annual Aerial IR schedule with vendors.
• Track project documents for DC performance data.
• Coordinate with vendors on project deliverables.
• Partner with Innovation Team to expand drone-based scopes.
• Attend and document project meetings.
• Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for supervisors.
• Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
