Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an Aerial Survey Coordinator to support the Technical Resource team. The role is fully remote in the United States, with interview discussions for location specifics.

You will coordinate aerial inspection activities, review and schedule work orders, and QA/QC deliverables from aerial vendors for O&M projects. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in Application Administration, ERP/CMMS platforms, and PV solar experience, with strong MS Office skills and excellent English

Qualifications

• Operational fundamental knowledge of utility-scale solar generators.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• 1–3 years of experience in Application Administration within an IT or related organization.
• 1–3 years of experience within an ERP and CMMS Software Platform.
• 1–3 years of experience within the PV solar industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office and excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform activities to ensure successful operation of the Technical Resource team.
• Review, schedule, update and track Aerial IR Inspection PM and CMMS work orders for O&M projects.
• QA/QC deliverables from Aerial IR vendors to ensure quality reports.
• Ensure Aerial IR reports are delivered to field teams and clients timely with corrective actions scheduled.
• Compare findings from Aerial IR reports with performance data and internal tools; provide feedback to analysts or vendors.
• Develop annual Aerial IR schedule for preventative maintenance with aerial vendor for Services Operations and Maintenance projects.
• Track and gather project documents for DC performance analysis and other scopes.
• Work with internal teams and coordinate with aerial vendors on project deliverables (construction progress, SWPPP, erosion monitoring, commissioning).
• Partner with Innovation Team to identify drone-based scopes that improve efficiency, plant performance, and cost savings.
• Attend and document project meetings.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel, lodging arrangements for supervisors.
