Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an Aerial Survey Coordinator to support aerial inspection activities within the Technical Resource team. This role is fully remote and requires experience with ERP/CMMS systems, IT administration, and PV solar operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating Aerial IR inspections, tracking work orders, ensuring timely report delivery, and collaborating with vendors and internal teams. Strong English communication and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Operational knowledge of utility-scale solar generators.
• Ability to read construction drawings.
• Ability to review aerial reports for quality and accuracy.
• 1–3 years of Application Administration in IT or related organization.
• 1–3 years of ERP/CMMS software experience.
• 1–3 years of PV solar industry experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a project team and troubleshoot independently.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform activities to ensure successful operation of Technical Resource team.
• Review, schedule, update and track Aerial IR Inspection PM/CM work orders and QA/QC deliverables.
• Ensure Aerial IR reports are delivered to field teams and clients on time.
• Compare Aerial IR findings with performance data and provide feedback.
• Develop annual Aerial IR schedule for preventative maintenance with aerial vendor.
• Track project documents for DC performance analysis and related scopes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and aerial vendors on deliverables.
• Partner with the Innovation Team to expand drone-based scopes.
• Attend and document project meetings; schedule meetings and travel as needed.
• Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
