Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an Aerial Survey Coordinator to support the Technical Resource team from a fully remote location. You will coordinate administrative tasks for aerial inspection activities within a nationwide portfolio of solar, storage and high voltage projects.

The role emphasizes scheduling, QA/QC, and collaboration with field teams and aerial vendors. Strong MS Office proficiency and PV industry experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have operational knowledge of utility-scale solar generators.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Ability to review aerial inferred reports for quality and accuracy.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in Application Administration within IT or related organization.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience within an ERP and CMMS Software Platform.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience within the PV solar industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform activities to ensure smooth operation of the Technical Resource team.
• Review, schedule, update and track Aerial IR Inspection PM and CMMS work orders for O&M projects.
• QA/QC deliverables from Aerial IR vendors for quality reports.
• Ensure Aerial IR reports are delivered to field teams and clients in a timely manner and schedule corrective actions.
• Compare findings from Aerial IR reports with performance data and internal tools; provide feedback to analysts or aerial vendors.
• Develop annual Aerial IR schedule for preventative maintenance with aerial vendor for Services Operations and Maintenance projects.
• Track and gather project documents for DC performance analysis and related scopes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and coordinate with aerial vendors on project deliverables such as construction progress, SWPPP, erosion monitoring, commissioning inspection, etc.
• Partner with Innovation Team to identify and validate drone-based scopes to improve efficiency and cost savings.
• Attend and document project meetings.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, interviews, appointments, and travel/lodging arrangements as needed.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned
