Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an Aerial Survey Coordinator to support the Technical Resource team in a fully remote role. You will handle administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, and ensure delivery of aerial inspection work orders for O&M projects.

You will QA/QC vendor deliverables, compare findings with performance data, and help develop annual aerial inspection schedules with vendors. You will work with field teams and clients to ensure timely reporting and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Application Administration within an IT or related organization.
• 1–3 years of experience within an ERP and CMMS Software Platform.
• 1–3 years of experience within the PV solar industry.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and other Office tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Able to analyze, troubleshoot and prioritize problems independently.
• Proficiency and knowledge of office practices, procedures, and equipment.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, organizational skills.
• Strong ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and performing a range of activities to ensure successful operation of Technical Resource team.
• Review, schedule, update and track Aerial IR Inspection PM and CM work orders regarding O&M projects.
• QA/QC deliverables from Aerial IR vendors to ensure quality analysis and reports.
• Ensure the Aerial IR reports are delivered to field teams and clients in a timely manner with corrective actions scheduled.
• Compare findings from Aerial IR reports with performance data and provide feedback to analysts or vendors.
• Develop annual schedule for Aerial IR maintenance with aerial vendor for Services Operations and Maintenance projects.
• Track and gather project documents for DC performance analysis and related scopes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and aerial vendors on project deliverables such as construction progress and quality monitoring, SWPPP and erosion monitoring, commissioning inspection.
• Partner with the Innovation Team to identify and expand drone-based scopes that improve efficiency and cost savings.
• Attend and document project meetings.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, interviews, appointments, travel and lodging as needed.
• Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
