Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an Aerial Survey Coordinator to support the Technical Resource team. This fully remote role focuses on coordinating aerial inspections, reviewing reports, and ensuring timely delivery to field teams and clients.

You will work with internal groups and drone vendors, develop annual aerial schedules, and help improve data quality and reporting accuracy while maintaining strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have operational knowledge of utility-scale solar generators.
• Ability to read construction drawings.
• Experience reviewing aerial inferred reports for quality and accuracy.
• 1–3 years of Application Administration within IT or related organization.
• 1–3 years of ERP and CMMS software experience.
• 1–3 years of PV solar industry experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and other Office tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, organizational skills; able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform activities to ensure smooth operation of the Technical Resource team.
• Review, schedule, update and track Aerial IR inspection PM and CM work orders.
• QA/QC deliverables from Aerial IR vendors for quality analysis.
• Ensure Aerial IR reports reach field teams and clients timely with corrective actions.
• Compare findings with performance data and provide feedback to analysts or vendors.
• Develop annual Aerial IR schedule for maintenance with aerial vendor.
• Track project documents for DC performance analysis and related scopes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on deliverables like progress, SWPPP, erosion monitoring, commissioning inspection.
• Partner with Innovation Team to expand drone-based scopes.
• Attend and document project meetings.
• Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for supervisors.
• Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
