SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an Aerial Survey Coordinator to support the Technical Resource team in a fully remote capacity. You will coordinate aerial inspections, review work orders, and ensure timely QA/QC deliverables to field teams and clients.

You will develop annual aerial inspection schedules, track project documents, and collaborate with internal teams and aerial vendors on deliverables, including drone-based expansion to improve efficiency and cost savings.

Qualifications

• Must have operational fundamental knowledge of utility scale solar generators.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Ability to review aerial inferred reports for quality and accuracy.
• 1–3 years of experience within Application Administration within an IT or related organization.
• 1–3 years of experience within an ERP and CMMS Software Platform.
• 1–3 years of experience within the PV solar industry.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and other Office tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, organizational skills with ability to prioritize and coordinate.
• Strong ability to multi-task.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and perform a range of activities to ensure successful operation of the Technical Resource team.
• Review, schedule, update and track Aerial IR Inspection PM and CM work orders for O&M projects.
• QA/QC deliverables from Aerial IR vendors to ensure quality analysis and reports.
• Ensure Aerial IR reports are delivered to field teams and clients in a timely manner with corrective actions scheduled.
• Compare findings from Aerial IR reports with performance data and internal tools; provide feedback to analysts or vendors.
• Develop annual schedule for Aerial IR in conjunction with aerial vendor for Services Operations and Maintenance projects.
• Track project documents to collect information for DC performance analysis and other scopes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and aerial vendors on deliverables like progress, SWPPP and erosion monitoring, commissioning inspection.
• Partner with the Innovation Team to identify and expand drone-based scopes that improve technician efficiency, plant performance, and cost savings.
• Attend and document project meetings.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, interviews, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
• Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
