Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an Aerial Survey Coordinator for remote work in the United States. This role supports the Technical Resource team with administrative coordination of aerial inspection activities across utility-scale solar, battery storage, and HV substation projects.

Responsibilities include scheduling, QA/QC of vendor reports, and ensuring timely delivery to field teams and clients. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in IT administration or ERP/CMMS environments and strong English

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong analytical, quantitative and organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task and coordinate with multiple teams.
Experience with ERP/CMMS platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and perform activities to ensure successful operation of Technical Resource team.
Review, schedule, update and track Aerial IR inspection work orders for O&M projects.
QA/QC deliverables from Aerial IR vendors to ensure quality analysis and reports.
Ensure timely delivery of Aerial IR reports to field teams and clients; schedule corrective actions.
Coordinate with aerial vendors on project deliverables including construction progress, SWPPP, erosion monitoring, and commissioning inspections.
